2019 Annual General Meeting

Contribute to the future of WSF by attending our Annual General Meeting! We’ll touch on the highlights of the 2018/19 year, and elect our 2019/20 executive team.

Anyone with a paid membership is eligible to vote and to run in the election. Memberships will be available for sale at the meeting (fees are by donation: minimum $1, suggested $5).

If you cannot attend this meeting but would still like to have your say you may choose another person to act as a proxy. You must inform the Chief Elections Officer of your proxy at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Once appointed, the name of the Chief Elections Officer will be made available on the Facebook event page.

For detailed descriptions of elections, proxies, executive positions, etc., please check out the club constitution. A plain-language run down of the executive positions is also available on the club website.

We will be booking a workroom in the Taylor Family Digital Library as soon as possible, check the Facebook event for details. For guidance on the location, consult the University’s Interactive Room Finder.
